Returns and refunds

The Nickolas Jewellery guarantee full refund within 30 days upon delivery. The items must be returned in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for postage cost. The funds will be transferred into your Pay Pal account or a cheque will be sent.

Rings

Our ring sizes are indicated in UK size system and diameter in mm is described. Due to fragile nature of amber rings with amber can not be re-sized, however we can exchange if we have the proper size in stock. Otherwise full refund will be given.

Earrings.

Unlike other jewellery stores we do accept earrings and pierced items. The ear-wires and pierced items are scrapped and melted in our workshop.
